Advanced Sand Washing Technology
Our core process uses a state-of-the-art sand washing plant equipped with:
- Vibrating feeders and screens to separate coarse particles
- Hydrocyclones for silt and clay removal
- Dewatering screens for moisture control
- Water recycling systems to minimize wastage
This technology allows us to remove impurities such as dust, clay, and organic materials—delivering washed sand that meets stringent construction standards.
On-Site Quality Control
We maintain an on-site quality control unit that:
- Tests particle size distribution
- Monitors cleanliness and moisture content
- Ensures uniformity and strength suitable for concrete, mortar, plaster, and road construction
All sand batches are certified before distribution, ensuring our customers receive only top-grade material.
